BetAssist — Membership & Website Terms Version: 2026-11-01 AUSPEX ANALYTICS LTD. Company number 17532088. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 8 Blomfield Villas, London, England, W2 6NH. Email: contact@betassist.app. 1. The service and your account BetAssist is operated by AUSPEX ANALYTICS LTD. Contact us at contact@betassist.app. Our company details and registered office are on the Contact page. BetAssist provides football analysis, probabilities, market assessments, a published record and research tools. We do not accept or place bets, hold money for wagering, or pay prizes or winnings. You must be aged 18 or over. You can hold a free account without buying a membership. A free account does not include the full member board, private line updates or member selection tools. Limited public samples may be available. Member features require an active paid membership or access we have provided separately. Use an accurate email address, verify it and complete the required authenticator sign-in. Keep your login credentials secure. A membership ending does not automatically delete your account: you can still sign in and manage it. Membership contracts and checkout are available in English. 2. Personal use and our content We give you permission to use the available BetAssist content and tools for your personal, non-commercial analysis while your account and access remain valid. Your membership gives access to the service, rather than ownership of its software, models or content. You must not redistribute, resell or commercially exploit our content without our written permission. You must not attack the website, bypass access controls or unlawfully collect information. Rights or exceptions that applicable law gives you remain available. 3. Purchase locations and accurate information Paid memberships are available only in the countries and states supported at checkout. You must provide accurate, current details of your usual residence and billing address, update them if they change and tell us before renewal if you move to an unsupported location. These purchase restrictions do not prevent you from holding a free account. Do not use false details, a VPN, proxy or another method to misrepresent your residence, bypass purchase restrictions or obtain incorrect tax treatment. Deliberately doing so is a serious breach of these terms. Using a VPN for legitimate privacy or security is allowed, provided you give accurate residence and billing details and do not use it to evade purchase restrictions. We may request reasonable information to resolve conflicting location details, refuse a new purchase or stop renewal if eligibility cannot be established. We will explain the issue and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct errors, unless doing so would be unlawful or create a material security risk. A difference between your IP address and declared residence will not automatically remove access already paid for. If we must end paid access because we cannot lawfully continue supplying the service, we will refund the unused prepaid period. You remain responsible for deliberate false information you supply. Nothing in this section transfers our legal tax obligations to you or limits your statutory rights. 4. Prices and recurring membership Monthly membership costs £20 per calendar month. Annual membership costs £216 per year, charged as one annual payment. Both include the same member features. Prices shown include any applicable taxes and mandatory charges. The total and billing interval are displayed before you pay. A paid membership starts after payment is confirmed. Unless you cancel renewal, the chosen plan renews automatically and its recurring payment is taken at the next billing date. Your account and payment confirmation show the relevant dates. Creating a free account does not authorise a payment or start a paid subscription. Paid access follows the period covered by a confirmed payment. If a renewal payment fails or is delayed, member access may pause when the existing paid period ends and resume after payment is confirmed. Your account remains available. We do not promise an additional unpaid grace period. 5. Stopping renewal You can stop future renewals using Cancel renewal in My account before your next payment is due. If you cannot use that control, email contact@betassist.app for help. We confirm when the payment provider has stopped renewal. Cancelling renewal keeps member access until the end of the period already paid for. For example, if you cancel a monthly membership on day two, access continues until the date it would otherwise have renewed. Cancelling renewal does not itself provide a refund or delete your account. The initial cooling-off cancellation right below is a separate right. A clear request to exercise it is handled as cancellation of the initial membership, rather than only stopping the next renewal. 6. Refunds and accidental duplicate purchases Outside your statutory rights, we do not offer refunds for unused membership time, a change of mind or cancellation of renewal. We may consider a discretionary refund for an accidental duplicate purchase where we verify that the same person unintentionally bought overlapping memberships through a second account. Email contact@betassist.app with the relevant account email addresses and payment references. We may request proportionate evidence of the accidental duplicate. If we approve a refund, we will arrange cancellation of the duplicate membership. Never send passwords, authenticator codes or full card details. This policy does not restrict your legal rights, including cancellation rights and remedies where content or services fail to meet legal standards. A claim under those rights does not depend on proving a duplicate purchase. 7. Initial cancellation period and immediate access You may cancel your initial paid membership within 14 days after the day the contract is made by sending a clear cancellation request to contact@betassist.app. You may use the cancellation form below, but do not have to. Send your request before the period expires. At checkout we ask you to expressly request immediate access during that period. This does not waive all cancellation rights. If you request immediate access and then exercise your initial cancellation right, we may charge a proportionate amount for services actually supplied before cancellation, only where the law permits and the required information and request have been provided. We will refund any amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund fee is charged. Paid access ends when this cancellation takes effect; your free account remains. Any further cancellation or remedy required by applicable law also remains available. 8. Maintenance and availability The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, security work or unexpected technical problems. We aim to minimise disruption, give advance notice where practical and restore access promptly. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular level of uptime. Feed availability, market availability and assessment times may vary. Check the timestamp on each line. Routine maintenance does not itself create an additional goodwill refund entitlement. Your legal rights concerning the standard and delivery of paid content and services remain available. 9. Using the analysis and responsibility for losses BetAssist is an analysis and research tool. Probabilities, grades and assessments are estimates, may change and do not guarantee an outcome, profit or financial return. Historical results do not guarantee future performance. The information is general and is not tailored advice about your personal circumstances. Any decision to use the information with a third-party service is yours. We are not a party to any wager or resulting transaction. Subject to the legal protections below, we do not take responsibility for losses arising from sporting outcomes, independently made wagering decisions, or use of the information outside the service’s intended analytical purpose. We remain responsible for supplying our content and services to the standards required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights, including rights concerning content as described and services supplied with reasonable care and skill, remain available. 10. Changes, suspension and ending the service We may update the service for security, legal requirements, corrections and improvements. We will not increase the price for a period you have already paid for. Before a future price increase or material membership change, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can decide whether to continue and stop renewal before it takes effect. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, serious misuse or a security risk. We aim to explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it where appropriate. Any action and treatment of prepaid membership must be proportionate and respect your legal rights. If we stop providing a paid service, unused prepaid amounts and other remedies will be handled in accordance with your legal rights. These terms do not allow us to keep payments for a service we fail to supply where the law requires a refund. 11. Account deletion and personal information Deleting your account is different from stopping renewal. Delete my account in My account ends the subscription and account access immediately, removes the profile and saved selections, and revokes sign-in sessions. It does not automatically issue a refund; the refund policy and your statutory rights still apply. Minimal financial and deletion records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, disputes and preventing old processing from reopening a deleted account. Our Privacy notice explains the information we process, providers, retention and your rights. 12. Questions, complaints and applicable law Contact contact@betassist.app about billing, cancellations, refunds, access or complaints. Include enough information to locate your account or payment, but do not send security credentials. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. You can bring a claim in the courts available under applicable consumer law. We do not require you to give up a statutory complaint or court remedy.
