Nature of our service
BetAssist is a publisher of sports data analysis and market evaluations. It is not a bookmaker, betting exchange or service for placing bets. We do not accept, arrange, place or settle wagers, operate betting accounts, hold customer funds for wagering, or offer or pay prizes or winnings.
Any subscription fee is payable solely for access to our analytical content and website features. It is not a betting stake, wagering deposit or contribution to a prize pool.
Our probabilities, grades and market assessments are provided for general information. They are estimates, may change as new information becomes available, and do not constitute personalised instructions to place a bet or a guarantee of any sporting outcome, profit or financial return. Historical performance does not guarantee future results.
Any decision to use this information in connection with a third-party service is made independently by the user. BetAssist is not a party to any resulting wager or transaction. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
What BetAssist provides
Football probabilities and assessments of available betting lines. We do not accept bets, place bets for you, hold a betting balance or guarantee returns. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Membership
The planned monthly price is £20. The annual price is £216, equivalent to £18 per month and 10% less than twelve monthly payments. Both plans offer the same board access and tools.
Renewals and cancellation
Plans will renew automatically until cancelled. The account page will let you cancel future renewals and retain access for the period already paid. Payment-provider confirmation is required before a cancellation is marked complete.
Information changes
Each line shows when it was last checked. Prices, market availability and grades can change between checks. A grade is an assessment at that time, not a promise of a winning selection. Combining selections in an accumulator changes the risk.
Before launch
Checkout will remain unavailable until merchant approval, business identity, customer support, applicable cancellation and refund rights, and complete subscription terms have been confirmed. We will show the billing amount and renewal arrangement before any payment is authorized.
